Who Am I?

Ph.D.

In May 2025, I graduated with my Ph.D. in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies (ISLT) from Florida State University. My dissertation studied how women use the Internet to learn about Endometriosis online.

A few key things are:

You have to be willing to cut back on things

It is a mindset shift that has to happen for it to work
